To access Intermountain.net, you will need your Intermountain Healthcare Master Account user name and password. This is the same user name and password that is used for Intermountain.net, Human Resources, My InfoExpress Clinical Workstation, Kronos, and many other Intermountain applications.
To activate a Master Account, you will need either your employee number or your user name. If you are a new employee, you should be given your employee number in employee orientation. Others can find their employee number on their paycheck stub, or can contact their local HR department.
You will also need your date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number.
Reset Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password and if you have previously set up a challenge question and answer through account activation, you can reset it yourself.
If you have forgotten your user name, call your local Intermountain Front Line Support number or the main number at (801) 442-5731 for assistance.
Change Remote Password
This feature is for users who access Intermountain Healthcare's online resources remotely via Virtual Private Network (VPN). Simply follow the corresponding link to update your Remote Password.
